  • Location: Yerevan

    Position: Sales Manager

    Salary: Negotiable / Contractual

    Responsibilities:

    • Registering and assisting patients in the relevant software/systems

    • Presenting the company's services

    • Answering phone calls and providing patients with all necessary information

    • Guiding patients regarding inquiries, procedures, and relevant services

    • Working with and maintaining the customer/patient database

    Requirements:

    • Higher or secondary specialized education

    • Prior customer service experience in the healthcare/medical sector will be an advantage

    • Excellent command of Armenian and Russian

    • Proficiency in basic computer software and database tools

    • Strong interpersonal communication and quick problem-solving skills

    • Friendly, responsible, and attentive approach to work

    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
